[Opengc-devel] Cannot run OpenGC.exe, Why??

After downloading the openGC, and windows dll... I clicked on OpenGC.EXE from 
openGC main folder and I recieved Program error:

OpenGC.exe has generated error and will be closed by Windows you will need to 
restart the program An error log is being created.

1. Where is the error log? I couldnt find it on my folder
2. What did I do wrong?

In the folder it contains with file names and they are:
-OpenGC.EXE
-GPL. Txt
-MSVCP70.dll
-MSVCR70.dll
-OpenGC. ini
-OpenGC_install_Guide.PDF
-Vera true type text file
-Vera Copyright.Txt

Can anyone help me out? FYI the computer I am using does not have FS2004 
installed, So must I get it installed in this computer?
