[Opengc-devel] nav database

Is there an anticipated format or structure for data that the
nav display will use?  I've hacked some data into the old one,
but with the re-write in progress, maybe here is an
'opportunity' to work on this also.

Certain data available for the nav display will be static, read
in at startup time, and possibly localized to the area (I will
not be needing waypoints around Kuala Lumpur if I'm flying in
Virginia, USA).  Static data (from DAFIF, etc) would include:
  Runway endpoints, VORs, waypoints, intersections,
  restricted areas

Also, dynamic data should be available during program operation.
This data would be received via datalink to the aircraft, or by
other means.  This data would include
  TIS/TCAS/ADSB targets, flight plan, active MOAs, and TFRs.

Will this be an anticipated use for the nav display in
opengcnew?  Or are these 'features' that we can program into the
display as desired?
