I've managed to butcher ogcNavTestComponent.cpp and create a
TGDataSource (very similar to other data sources) to get a
TCAS-like display on the HSI.  This also displays the flight
plan path on the HSI.  I'm waiting for the upgraded OpenGC
before submitting it for cvs, but could change those plans if
needed.
