[Opengc-devel] library version clarification

A few people have asked about the versions of the various libraries 
required to build OpenGC. I just tested the following configuration:

Freetype 2.14
FTGL 2.07
Plib 1.6
FLTK 1.1.4

These are in general the most recent releases of the libraries, except 
when the most recent release is considered development/unstable. You 
should not encounter any major problems building these libraries; the 
only exception is building FTGL under Windows, which requires some 
editing of the project file to point to the correct Freetype directory 
(instructions on this are included with FTGL).
