It's called the PhidgetLED.  I didn't spot it either - Chester may have
not begun to sell them yet.

It works just like the EPIC does.  You can get it in a 16x16 matrix or an
EPIC wiring-compatible 8x32 matrix.  You use diodes just like in EPIC to
isolate the switches.  Both momentary and on/off switches can be used.
