[Opengc-devel] Linux as host?

Does OpenGC still run on Linux?  There is a file in
the Documentation directory that alludes to that, but
the file is marked as old.  How old is the Linux
configuration?

Also, the documentation states that FlightGear should
run on a Windows machine also.  It states something
about packet sizes is incorrect when Linux is used.
Why is that?  What would it take to run both FlightGear
and OpenGC to operate on a Linux host?  (Have I just
volunteered for something?)
