#1 OpenGC Protocol and FlightGear communications

Please consider switching to a fully XMLified protocol
definition for use with FlightGear, that way it will be
a lot easier to run newer FlightGear versions with
OpenGC, without having to modify the source code, thus
it would be good if you could provide a XML file for
$FG_ROOT/Protocols that can be used with OpenGC,
without any hardcoded protocol stuff anymore.
