#5 in .thumbnails/ - hide, skip, title

there should be allowed special files in the
.thumbnails subdir. skip would mean don't bother
creating a gallery for this dir nor include it in the
count. hide would mean to not even show it in ..'s
gallery nor include it in the count. these two files
should be empty. title would be a file with the proper
title to name the gallery.
