    how can i define a problem in OpenFlower
    such as the discreticized scheme or the residual or the the other thing .

      To make your own data files to solve your specific problems you can take advantage of the numerous examples (the *.flw files and *.geo associated files) provided with OpenFlower package.
      For the moment there is no implementation of residuals : OpenFlower is mainly devoted to LES of turbulent flows (unsteady flows) and numerical approaches involving implicit methods with residuals convergence are not used in this field of CFD (mainly in steady flows, using RANS techniques for example).
