[Openflow-dev] Active workflow

Hello all,
 
Studying openflow, I was wondering if there's a possibility to start a
transition from one state to the other depending on time.
Or maybe something like a condition which I can set, which polls itself
once in a while. I believe it's called active workflow where now
Actual user interaction is required to get things done. Anyone an idea?
