This error is due to the zope version you are using. You can fix it two ways: 1) move to zope 2.6 2) update your ZCatalog with the most recent version I'll be fixing this in the cvs version of OpenFlow so that OpenFlow can be installed anyway even though you have a zope older than 2.6.
