[Openflow-dev] OpenFlow 1.0.1 released

OpenFlow 1.0.1 has been released.

Changes in this version:

	- Removed some old base classes no longer needed
	- Cleaned up the html here and there
            - Added a description for the Purchase example
            - Updated the documentation
            - Renamed one of the extension files from environment.py to 
process.py for coerency.

Moreover, there is a working example included.

Please note that apparently there is some problem working with Zope 2.3.0. I 
am trying to fix this.
