[Openflow-dev] What is OpenFlow?

Sorry, I don't understand clearly what a "set of tools
for the workflow and document flow management" is.  I gather
it's something that can mechanize administrative processes,
but I am not familiar with that kind of applications.
Could you please explain the purpose of your tool more
extensively?

Also: is it a self-standing application, or a component,
e.g., a library or framework?

Does it depend on other software (libraries, languages)?
