[Openfirst-webdev] Live Demo Update

As of this morning at approximately 7:00, I've updated all of the 
modules on the Live Demo version of the site to the most current 
versions from CVS.  This includes the config module files which are now 
more accessable to the disabled.

The main part of the openFIRST site has not yet been updated with the 
accessibility fixes, though this should be coming later today.

It is now 7:10, and the main openFIRST site has been updated with the 
accessibility fixes.  It now has access keys, among other things.
