This is caused by an attempt to exploit a session handling vulnerability.  The
error is given by PHP as a response, rather than allowing the exploit.

Since openFIRST just allows PHP to handle the session names, if there is
actually a legitimate problem that leads to this bug report, then that problem
is most likely with a local PHP misconfiguration.
