[Openfirst-webdev] List Intention

The intention of this list is to provide everyone on the team with 
notification when you change something on the openFIRST website itself 
(not CVS).  When you make such a change, please make a post here 
directly after so that the documentation crew can catch up, if required, 
or others who may have been planning to fix the same error won't pursue it..
