If magic_quotes_gpc, magic_quotes_runtime, or magic_quotes_sybase is enabled,
then openFIRST input handling will be very broken (because all input is escaped
by openFIRST).

Note that I don't actually expect to fix magic_quotes_sybase handling. Just die
then.

This affects all versions of openFIRST.
