[Openfc-development] auto play

you can now set a default program to be played if nothing else is
scheduled...(done in 'channel options')

i am using this (as an example) on the rQ channel to play a long .ram file
which is 7 hours long, hence i need only make sure i schedule something
to be playedf every 7 hours,...this way the user always gets a program
whether i ahve scheduled something or not...

could be used nicely with scheduling scripts that randomise playlists...
