well, i pondered about it a bit, and came to conclusion that
for me, moving files into subdir makes sense when there's a
big number of them (with exeption of main scripts) or they
are rarely in use. eg: images->img,functions->lib. if there's
a plan to in fact have users directory-wise, then css should
go into separate folder, but if users will commit their
customisation in fact to the database, then i would leave css
in main folder.

yep, that would be fine, so we don't fork. well, the oldone
had a bit of annoying space there. at least for me - console
freak. :)
