[Openfc-tech] structure

Hey Luka,

Just looked through the new structure and it looks really nice...cleans up
thye files really well. I can imagine a README that explains that the
structure of the FC is inherent in the .php pages in the top level dir,
everything else goes on underneath. I think this would make implemntation
and customisation easy if (and hopefully when!) someone else wants to
implement the FC on another server and add their own design etc.


I wondered what you though about putting the css and js files in seperate
dirs as well or is that going too far?

Also, shall we use the openfcphp folder as the new cvs dev, or do you want
to change it to the old dir? Let me know so I can check out the right one!
