I was just wondering is it possible to add css support to this solution to make it more customizable. The reason for this is even though after following your suggestion I was able to add a customized html menu to the index.php page I notice that there is a small border around the page (probably there to make the text in the faq's not start right at the margin) which prevents my graphic menu taking up the whole width of the window. This way I could align the menu to the left margin exactly (plus stretched all the way to the far right margin) and set the text of the faq to be positioned as far in from the border as I like and give me a choice of font, style etc.

If this isn't real easy to add to this version perhaps you could consider this for a future version.
