If so, it might appear that things have worked. I would like to stress that OpenEV is not distributed with a workspace - it is distributed with a makfile.vc instead. If you feel the need to work within a visual studio project then you should be able to prepare one yourself, but you will need to review the makefile.vc's first and work to get similar settings. The good thing is that there is basically only one include directory to worry about (the one in fwtools) and that is where all the non-system libraries are also found.
