The Open Engine Simulation Project will:

• create cam lift profiles

• be able to read from lift/position lists

• create tables and graphs representing:

  • kinematics (position, velocity, acceleration) /crank-angle
    • reciprocating and rotating components
    • camshaft and valvetrain components
  • thermodynamics
    • pressuure/volume
      • Ideal Otto Cycle
      • phased burn variation of Ideal Otto Cycle
    • power and torque /RPM
    • VE
