#82 PID/PUBPID inconsistent use and description

The system describes the field 'pubpid'' from the patient_data table as 'ID' on the lower finder tool and results screen and "External ID' on the full demographic search tool. This should be referred to the same everywhere, either ID or PubID in my opinion. As as side note, PUBPID is not forced to be unique and it should be, I think.

The field called PID is not searchable from the find tools and should be or it should not be displayed anywhere as the primary, that should be the pubpid in that case.
