#120 Section to Record Family doctors name

We would like to see a field in demographics to record the name of the Family physician with billing number in addition to the referring physician. We are an IM office and see patients where referring doc is the ER doc and will not likely see the patient again for the same problem a,d we sould like to send the information to Family physician
