since patch 12 we are seeing insurance policy number is getting filled with random number if you don't fill out anything.

any one else seeing this issue?

I just tested this out on an existing patient and adding a new patient, and was unable to duplicate.

Thank you Brad for looking into this. I am not sure what happend but now we are not seeing this problem any more.
