I would like to create a function that when someone enters the diagnosis code popup window and starts searching for a problem,it will show the 5 most recent searches of diagnoses for the specified patient. I have already created an autocomplete function that takes some letters of the word and shows on the screen possible diagnoses. How can I combined these 2 functions so that in the autocomplete function there would be a space that it will show the 5 most recent searches of diagnoses? Do you have any ideas? If anyone could help me I would appreciate it.

The only Issues that require an associated diagnosis would be Medications and Surgeries. One perhaps two diagnoses for Medications and one for Surgeries.

As a practical matter I'm hard-pressed to come up with a situation wherein 5 diagnoses are necessary.

I'm seeing something different. I think Antigoni is looking for a way to select one diagnosis from the five most recent plus those displayed by the autocomplete. This will speed up any situation where a diagnosis search and selection is needed. Kevin has accomplished this already for the fee sheet. Have you seen that Antigoni?

Must be simpler in Ophthalmology to display the few possible choices once you have learned to spell them :>) Synechiae? Macular drusen? What language is that anyway?!

Rhetorical question not withstanding, Greek->Latin, Latin, German (singular is druse). Sometimes Turkish, crocodile shagreen.

What classical languages were young North Carolinians taught?

I have seen what Kevin has done but I think that it doesn't shows the most recent searches. Is there any way to illustrate this functionality and show the autocomplete results with the most recent searches? I think Jack you understand what I mean.
