Multiple PHP Errors on Fresh Install.

    After installing and correcting a typo (my bad) in PHPGACL I took a peek into var/log/apache2/error_log and found this.  PHPGACL still doesnt work right.

      Whatever it is, it has to do with concurrent layout.  Once I set this to false the problem goes away.  The PHP errors are still present in the error log but PHPGacl now works.
      Oh well

      Suse by default does not install php5-pgsql.  Need to install this for pg_pconnect() function to be available.
