Insurance Data keep Repeating in New Patients

Hi,

When creating all new patients they have the Insurance data of a specific patient. Really odd.

OpenEMR 4.1.0(6)
MySQL version 5.1.54
Apache version 2.2.17
PHP version 5.3.5-1
Ubuntu Linux 11.04

Actually is was not happening until they hit 18000 patients. When one clicks on new patient, Insurance data from patient 18000 is already populated.

Found IT…..

Patient had PID of 0 in both patient_data and Insurance_data.

In fact user had created patient 3 times and one had the bad PID.

Danger Will Robinson Danger, a user is approaching!
