Am having the following issues.
1. Sales Report: The report generated in openemr is fine but when I click on CSV export I get a blank document with just the headings: "Category","Item","Date","Invoice","Qty","Amount"
2. Report - Cash Receipts by Provider: There is no option to export to CSV
3. Report - Front Office Receipts : There is no option to export to CSV
4. Report - Receipts Summary : There is no option to export to CSV
