Hi, checking to see if anyone else has had this issue. The data on the main patient page on the right sidebar (e.g., Clinical Reminders, Appointments, Medical Problems, Allergies, Current Medications, etc) will not load IF NewCrop integration is turned on and IF one is using InternetExplorer version 8 or prior. (Some customers refuse to upgrade browsers because of ties to other software.) Anyone have any insight or settings to try?
Who is your vendor for NewCrop? I haven't heard of this being an issue, but MI-Squared's clients typically use Firefox or Chrome. Could it be possible that a browser setting is the culprit?
We work with NewCrop directly, but I don't think the issue is on their end. We have been trying to ID particular browser settings that may be at play with no success so far. FireFox, Chrome, Safari, and IE 9 and above all seem to work without issue for us. But, we have a few clients who can't leave IE8 right now so we're tying to figure it out. I'd be curious if anyone has success with this with IE8 or prior.
