Is there a way to generate a list of all encounters or forms that have not been esigned? Most of my office notes are dictated and not completed until a day or two after a patient visit. I need a way to generate a report of all encounters or forms that have not been e-singed and the sign them.

In OpenEMR there is no direct way to get the list of encounters/forms that are not signed. This can be done through code customizations based on the specific requirements.

E-sign made its debut on 12/28/2014 with 4.2.0.
A search in Reports/Encounters for the period prior to your upgrade date should yield a list.

Try running a query on the dates in form_encounter minus query of datetime in esign_signatures, as explained here.
If it does not work, the above will need to be done manually.
