#265 E-Sign fixes

E-Sign Fixes and Rev 1 :

1. Fix Signable.php to use primary key from sql rather than 'id'

2. Fix esign.js code that overwrote function parameter - May save another developer some effort if they used 'e' after inadvertent redefinition by standard code.
