Progress Notes are part of a medical record where physicians record details of a patient's clinical status during the course of hospitalization. Physicians are generally required to generate at least one progress note for each patient’s encounter, this documentation is used for Fee sheet and billing purposes.
The code has been submitted in https://github.com/sphule/openemr/tree/mmfsystems-Progress-Note ,please review

Hi,
Main author never responded to Kevin's issues in addition to lots of basic stuff need (translations, security model, code organization etc.). Guessing several more revisions would be needed if primary author or somebody else is interested in picking it up.
