#364 WINDOWS INSTALLATION CRASHES ON STEP #4 (GALC)

While Installing openemr 4.1.1, on step #4 it crashes, (GALC INSTALLATION), with a ton of errors as of deprecated funcions, mismatching objetcs and so on, hundreths of errors.

153 tables where created before that crash.

Using Windows server 2008 R2, IIS 7.5, MySQL, PHP 5.3

Please check, I bealive the release was not tested on Windows prior releasing it.
