OpenEMM 2015 R3 with Postfix Support

The final version of OpenEMM 2015 R3 was just released at SourceForge:

Release R3 offers the eagerly awaited support for MTA Postfix as an alternative to Sendmail. For further details please have a look at file CHANGELOG.txt.

The Install and Administration Guide for OpenEMM has already been extended by instructions on how to enabling Postfix support. You will find the updated version 1.3 of the guide here:

If you have installed OpenEMM 2011 or later, you may use the online update of OpenEMM. Appendix C of the Install and Administration Guide lists information on how to switch the SMTP server from Sendmail to Postfix after the update.

If you update an existing OpenEMM installation, please read file UPDATE.txt in directory /home/openemm after the update to finish the update process successfully - even if no warning and no error messages have been reported.
