OpenEMM 5.3 available for download

We just released OpenEMM 5.3 which introduces various minor new features (like improvements to the import wizard, simplified creation of target groups and improved protection against cross-site scripting) and fixes all bugs and flaws found by the development team or reported by users via our SourceForge bugtracker. Please see the ChangeLog for details. (We skipped version 5.2 to synchronize with the release number of our commercial product.)

From version 5.3 on, OpenEMM uses the new open source "Common Public Attribution License (CPAL)". This license was certified at the end of July by the Open Source Initiative (OSI). Users can therefore be sure that there are no hidden costs or rights limitations in OpenEMM, and that OpenEMM is certified open source software.
