Code Groups and Items retrieval and populate dropdown boxes

Hello Everyone,
I know it's been a while. Since my last update I moved almost halfway across the country. Needless to say, this has taken quite a bit of my time. Also, I no longer have commute time to work on this application.

I can finally retrieve items for a specified group name. This is extremely important because of the large number of drop-down boxes in the OpenEmergencyMobile application. By the way, the OpenEmergencyMobile application runs just fine in Chrome.

There are some problems when packaging this application for Androids. I don't have that solved yet.

Some forward progress is being made, and I now have a template to use for all the drop-downs! I uploaded it SourceForge, hopefully it'll show up soon.
