#3 Minor syntactic correction in DTD

The syntax of the task element should be changed ­-in
my opinion­- from:
<!ELEMENT task (outcome*, params*)>

to:
<!ELEMENT task (outcome*, params)>

given that the ability of having multiple params
elements which in turn may contain many param elements
seems to be superflous.
