[Openefm-development] File Release & Web Site Update

I just wanted to send out a quick note to let everyone know that I 
replaced the 1.0 file releases.  When I had uploaded the 1.3 releases 
onto sourceforge I unintentionally overwrote the 1.0 version.  This has 
been fixed and the old 1.0 versions are back again.  The web page also 
received a purely cosmetic facelift to accommodate for our solidified 
product naming convention.
