[Openefm-development] Specifications: Legal XML: Development of Use Cases

The Legal XML ECF TC held a conference call to resolve nomenclature 
issues in regards to the Use Cases they are developing.  The discussion 
centered around whether or application components should be mentioned 
in the use cases.  The decision was made to allow generic reference to 
the system components to be made, using the term "Major Design 
Elements".  Everyone agreed that in practice use cases should not refer 
to system components, but the time constraints and prior knowledge of 
filing applications could not be ignored.

The use cases for Court Filing Blue are supposed to be completed in 
about two weeks time.
