#4 Re-useable EDLs
Have a facility to save EDL segments that the user may want to re-use in future projects.
These may also be able to be added to a custom menu or toolbar, maybe even be assigned an icon.
The user can then call up the recorded EDL, make adjustments/edits, and apply it.
If the EDL is designed to be adjusted in certain ways, then it might be possible to provide "widgets" or a "form" so that the variable parameters could be easily and intuitively adjusted, possibly with a live view of the adjusted effect for instantaneous feedback for the user.
