I come to a similar result. Unfortunately, I have not found a marker, when to remove how many bytes. With the current knowledge, these are broken DTA files for me.

Heatpump software V3.89.5-11451 now has dta version 0x2b23. Any plans to add support?

  • daniel309 daniel309 posted a comment on ticket #28

nevermind. It still works. Guess the problem was that for a period of two days old and new format was in the same file? anyways. Thank you for all the work you put into openDTA and dtaGUI. Its an invaluable tool for any technically interested AIT heatpump user.

what i see, the first datapoint has only data but no date. If i delete the first 30 bytes (see screenshot), then dta is shown with good dates. I checked different files, sometimes i have to delete 60 bytes, before the first full datapoint of 70 bytes comes.

hello opendta, i have the same issue since a few months. Suddenly the dta files show the date of 1970, each time i download the files with a usb drive. Attached is one dta file. Are you able to open that one? Im using version 2.0 with Windows, luxtronik V1.88.3-9717. I noticed something: if i download the data from: http://ip-address/proclog they are fine but from http://ip-address/NewProc they show 1970. So something must have changed in the data format. I'll add the dta files here.

These are the last good dataset (31.03) and the first bad dataset (02.04). I changed the IP to get remote access. And also one is wintertime, the other one summertime.

Update. I see that until the 31.3.2024 the data is good, and the next one (i have) from 02.4.2024 is bad. Could it be thats because of summer/winter time?

The 1st dateset in the attached DTA file is malformed. Thus, everything else is read wrong. Also the number of datasets the file contains is not equivalent to the number in the header. If this problem still persists, please provide another DTA file.

  • opendta opendta posted a comment on ticket #27

I can confirm that I see the same problem with the attached DTA file. Debugging could take a while.

i don't find any useful translation for the value. I think even if there is an translation formula, it doesn't realy make sence to build it in opendata. I'm afraid it's much to specific rated to my local Alpha Innotec LWC60. edit: Is the value in opendta for AIN3 correct scaled? now at warmwater generation I have 2200l/min and 1.46V in the webinterface. Maybe the scale for opendta is 1:10? Then 5V could be max

AIN3 could match to some flow values. However, I do not know, how to calculate the flow from the analog input. Do you know, what kind of flow sensor your heatpump is using? So far, I have only seen a Grundfoss VFS 5-100 and this sensor provides input signal between 0 and 5V. (Which is actually not the case here.)

  • andi11 andi11 modified a comment on ticket #26

At least I know that the pump is controlled by AO4. At the website of the LWC I can't find an AIn1 anywhere. AIN3 could be the flowrate, it's looking pretty similiar. 7.1 equals around 730l/min 7.5 equals around 790l/min 14.6 equals around 2200l/min I compared AIN3 from DtaGui to logged values in fhem (captured from lwc website)

  • andi11 andi11 posted a comment on ticket #26

Confirmed to work again. Many thanks!! :-)

  • opendta opendta posted a comment on ticket #26

Unfortunately, I can not find a field in your DTA file which could represent the flow. Maybe it is not stored in DTA? Do you see, at which port the flow sensor is connected to the controller? Usually it is AIn1.

thank's for taking a look at it. It has an flow sensor. On the website of the LWC i get values for the flowrate. The id of the flowrate is 0x0x230d20 in the website source.

  • opendta opendta posted a comment on ticket #26

I cannot find a field in you DTA file which would represent a flow value. Some DTAs have a direct flow field. Others have AIn / AnalogIn / AIn1 to calculate the flow from. Does your heat pump has a flow sensor?
