[ODP-dev] New Release ... POC 0.4.5

Hi!

After some very hard bug fixing today, I put a new release on sf.net. POC
0.4.5 is its name. The main difference between POC 0.4.4 and 0.4.5 is, that
the new one should produce correct OpenDocumentPackege outputs. The code in
the sample directory should work on linux and windows servers. Please check
it asap.
