Notes on rel.0.3.0

As previously noticed, openDigger 0.3.0 has been
released also as a binary distribution (opendigger-0.3.0.zip).

By the way this is a 'nighlty build' and we are still working on it.

We will inform you as soon as possible for the definitive release.
