[opendemo-devel] rebasing to 1.29h

Hello!

I just finished rebasing the OpenDemo changes (which were based on 1.27g)
onto 1.29h. Please try it out. I stopped my effort after (most of it) compiled
flawlessly. I did not perform any testing at all!

Now I'll install 1.30 (which I heard should be based on the same source code
release) and try it out myself.

BTW, the sf.net website is dead.
