[opendemo-devel] Makefile creates batch files

Hello!

I just finished some waiting check-ins:

* Now the main source Makefile creates the QVM batch files.
They never contained the od_* files anyway but now they do.
The additional *.q3asm files, which are used as linker
command line will be created from the Makefile too.
So all these *.bat and *.q3asm files are gone from CVS.
*.bat will be created with DOS-line-endings but the
linker script not. I have no idea, if this works correctly.

* Creating binary packages wont include any native libraries
any more.

Now, I can finally think about a DTD/Scheme and some cool 
demo converting XSLT scripts.
