Here we now add Italian train data

Proudly we introduce the two new scripts! One that still gathering belgian trains data with another source (we recently learnt our first source railtime.be is going to be closed in mid december).
The other script collecting UK trains data is now available too !

And a last news : We are on a good way to take data from another country

If you have any information that can help us about European trains data, feel free to contact us.

Finally we have taken a VPS for the script and it's now running on it.
We have created a special phpmyadmin account that's allowing guest to see or export the project linked database. If you are interested, please contact us to get an access.

Next we'll deliver a new version that takes data from another source, since we told us our source will be down soon (mid december). The only regret is: in the new source we haven't access to departure station only arrival station, arrival time, track, train number, train type and obviously delays

Open Delays aims to disclose a specific kind of transport datas : the delays.

Today, planned timetables of future trips have become generally available in multiple formats. Delays of the last hours of the day are also accessible on the train website, so you know wether your current train is on time. But the accumulated delays data are generally not available : you don't find easily the accumulation of passed exploitation data of a given train line during the last year. We think that the users should have access to delays data, and for sure the company that operates the trains, or a government office, should not be the only ones to access this data.... read more
