String Tool and Major Knowledge Gathering Rewrite

I didn't intend to spend too long on auxiliary tools but I hope this is worth it.
The Sprite Tool has been updated and the basic version of the String Tool is available.

The idea of the String tool is not to tag everything, it was planned to evolve to a string management tool for the OpenDeadlock. It would also become a tool for translators.
