#12 Column breaks reading BigInt with null columnSize

opendbcopy.plugin.model.database.beans.Column
constructor thinks that columnSize can't be null.
hsqldb supports these. Perhaps num_prec_radix may be
the replacement spec, but Column works fine with the
check disabled. I'll submit a patch.
